Responsibilities As an insulation helper, you will be partnered with an Insulation Mechanic to learn the skills of a Commercial and Industrial Insulation installer. You will be taught how to install insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment, as well as plumbing systems and industrial piping. Assist in installations and support project teams as you gain experience. Qualifications Experience installing some of the following materials is preferred: Duct Wrap, Duct Board, Fiberglass Pipe Covering, Armaflex Pipe Covering and Sheeting, Foam glass Insulation, Phenolic Insulation, Urethane Insulation, PVC or Aluminum jacketing. Work well with others. Experience in related field a plus, but training will be provided. Reliable transportation. Pass random drug testing. Must have your own tools (tool belt, tape measure, hand tools, knife, end cutters, aviation snips, dividers and scissors). Tools Must have your own tools as listed above.
