• Duration: 13-week contract\n
• Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2380-$2550\n
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts\n

  • Weekend rotation (every third weekend)\n
  • 8 days on/6 days off rotation (Wednesday–Wednesday, every other Thursday–Tuesday off)\n

• Setting: Acute care hospital, Level 1 Trauma Center\n
• Unit Size: 300+ beds, 50 ER rooms, 28 ORs\n
• Dress Code: Gray scrubs\n

\n\nRadiology Technologist Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist\n
• Active ARRT (R) certification\n
• Active BLS certification (AHA required)\n
• North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) licensure, or willingness to apply within 48 hours of offer acceptance\n
• Experience with portable X-rays and ER imaging\n
• OR experience with C-arm equipment\n
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced hospital environment\n
• Knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles, positioning, image processing, quality control, and radiation protection\n
• Ability to badge in and out at the facility\n

\n\nRadiology Technologist Responsibilities\n

\n
• Perform accurate patient positioning and radiographic procedures as requested by providers\n
• Implement radiation safety guidelines and protection practices\n
• Deliver excellent patient care and education throughout diagnostic imaging procedures\n
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems, including EPIC\n
• Conduct a variety of imaging procedures: ER, PICU, NICU, endoscopy, general X-ray, portable X-rays, panorex, inpatient/outpatient fluoroscopy (swallow studies, cystograms, VCUGs, urethrograms, arthrograms, lumbar punctures, myelograms)\n
• Support OR cases in neurosurgery, urology, orthopedics, and pediatrics using C-arm and O-arm equipment\n
• Participate in department orientation and equipment competency sign-off with a preceptor\n
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned\n
