• Hours per Week: 40\n

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2020 - $2070\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience required\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state\n
• BLS certification required\n
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred\n
• Ability to circulate and scrub in surgical cases\n
• Fluency in English for effective communication\n
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (traveler radius rule)\n
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills\n

\n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, circulating and scrubbing for diverse surgical procedures\n
• Manage surgical cases including General, Orthopedic, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, Transplant, and Gynecology; preferred experience in Vascular, Thoracic, Bariatric, and ENT surgeries\n
• Operate clinical healthcare equipment such as Pyxis and Epic EMR\n
• Participate in rotating call days as required\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and more\n
• Provide nursing care for all age groups: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics\n
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare facility\n
