About Oli at Home Oli at Home is a concierge medical practice that delivers aesthetic treatments — including Botox, Jeuveau, microneedling and chemical peels — directly to patients’ homes. Our team of board-certified providers focuses on personalized care, transparency, and long-term relationships that put patients first. We’re growing quickly across Michigan and expanding into new states. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to tell stories that build connection, trust, and brand awareness — and who knows how to translate that attention into growth. The Role As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping Oli’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta. You’ll lead content planning, oversee posting and engagement, support provider social growth, and help turn social attention into new patient leads. This role blends creative direction with analytics — ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, stays on top of trends, and understands both brand and performance. What You’ll Do Plan, create, and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Manage content calendars, captions, hashtags, and community engagement Collaborate with leadership and providers to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals Support providers in growing their own accounts through content coaching and guidance Work with our paid media team to align organic content with active ad campaigns Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and growth data Identify and pitch new trends, formats, or collaborations that align with Oli’s brand What You Bring 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare Strong understanding of short-form video, content strategy, and storytelling Proven success growing accounts and driving measurable engagement Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools Ability to write clear, brand-aligned captions with attention to tone and detail Data-driven mindset with creative instinct — you can analyze performance and know when to trust your gut Excellent communication and organization skills Why Join Oli Competitive pay and performance-based incentives Hybrid flexibility (Metro Detroit preferred) Collaborative, creative environment with direct access to leadership Opportunity to shape one of the fastest-growing brands in concierge aesthetics Flexible work from home options available #J-18808-Ljbffr Oli at Home LLC
