Job Description

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is currently looking to add a top-notch Service Client Care Representative to our busy winning team!

Responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service, scheduling of service, warranty and maintenance needs required for servicing our customer's vehicle needs.

Your duties will include:
  • Greeting and communicating with customers via telephone and chat to schedule repairs and maintenance in their vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer Service
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to uncover needs , create packets, check availability of parts and arrange bookings.
  • Work efficiently and stream line work flow in the automotive service scheduling department.
  • Accurately collect and capture information.
  • Reliable, motivated and driven to deliver quality workmanship and a superior customer experience.
  • Continuously looking to learn and use new skills.
  • Value a strong team-based workplace.
  • Flexible, patient and calm when working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Focused on meeting goals and targets. To succeed in this job, the following experiences and skills are required:
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing high-volume environment.
Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Current valid Driver's License
