We are now hiring Scale Operators for the Bushton, Frederick, Geneseo, and Lorraine locations. These are seasonal positions with the potential to turn into full-time roles for the right candidates. As a Scale Operator, you’ll support grain facility operations by weighing and grading inbound and outbound grain trucks, entering grain tickets accurately, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a local ag team during a busy and rewarding season. Key Duties: Weigh and grade grain trucks accurately Enter and file grain tickets using computer systems Answer phones and assist customers professionally Maintain a clean, organized scale house Follow all safety and company policies Support other site needs as required Requirements: High school diploma or GED Strong computer and data entry skills Prior ag or grain experience is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to work extended hours during harvest #J-18808-Ljbffr TEEMA Solutions Group
