The Role We seek a Product Lead to own and guide our Node Services product vertical, improving how millions interact with blockchains daily. Our Node Services team manages billions of API requests daily and is a critical infrastructure supporting the blockchain ecosystem. Working with talented engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, you'll craft and execute a strategic roadmap for this fundamental team at Alchemy. Responsibilities Set the strategic roadmap for Alchemy’s largest product and engineering team, based on customer relationships, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams. Work closely with leadership (CEO, CTO, Head of Engineering, etc.) to execute ambitious initiatives. Manage a growing team of Product Managers supporting the Node Services vertical. Contribute to long-term product strategy across Alchemy’s offerings. Enhance product excellence by implementing industry best practices. What We're Looking For 6+ years of product management experience. 3+ years of People Management experience. Experience at a high-growth startup. Experience in developer tools or APIs at scale. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to understand customer needs. Strong analytical skills with unstructured data. Self-starter with autonomy to execute ideas. Ability to balance perfection and shipping speed. Passion for blockchain technologies is a plus. Previous founder experience is a plus. Additional Details Alchemy offers competitive compensation, including base salary and equity, along with benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401k, and flexible time off. The salary range is estimated between $135,000 - $350,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
