We are seeking a Practice Administrator to join the team! The Practice Administrator will serve as a key leader within the practice, managing clinical and administrative operations, supervising staff, partnering closely with physicians, and maintaining a high-touch service environment aligned with concierge medicine standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience in concierge or internal medicine, understands medical billing and revenue cycle processes, and thrives in a patient-centric, fast-paced environment.

Direct Hire

Pay up to $90k

Practice Administrator Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the practice to ensure a premium patient experience
  • Manage, mentor, and schedule front office and back-office clinical staff
  • Partner with physicians and other providers to support optimal workflow and care delivery
  • Develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Manage practice communications, vendor relationships, and supply inventory
  • Oversee medical billing, coding processes, and revenue cycle operations
  • Monitor patient membership billing, renewals, and financial reporting
  • Work closely with accounting to review expenses, budget, and monthly financials
  • Ensure compliance with billing, documentation, and practice standards
  • Maintain concierge-level service standards for all patient touchpoints
  • Address patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Support new patient onboarding and membership processes
  • Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage credentialing, insurance documents, and provider licensing renewals
  • Lead onboarding for new staff and support ongoing training programs

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of medical practice management experience , preferably in concierge or internal medicine
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing & revenue cycle processes
  • Experience managing front-office and clinical staff
  • Proven track record supporting multiple providers
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Technology-savvy; EMR experience required (concierge-focused systems a plus)

Preferred Experience

  • Concierge medicine experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of membership-based practice models
  • Background in a small or private-practice healthcare setting
