Job Description

Our client, a leader in waste management and recycling services, is seeking a Bilingual Recycling Supervisor to join their team. As a Recycling Supervisor - Nights, you will be part of the operations team supporting the recycling process at the GFTX facility and Kyle Warehouse 2. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recycling Supervisor - Nights

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $27-$28

Shift: 6pm-6am - Monday-Thrusday

What's the Job?

• Supervise daily operations of the contractor recycling team, including Recycling Leads and Recycling Associates.
• Ensure efficient sorting, inspection, processing, and baling of recyclable materials.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across all recycling activities.
• Drive team performance to meet organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual - ability to read, write, communicate, understand in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Basic understanding of recycling processes and materials.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing operational needs.
