Seeking a hands-on and technically strong Toxicology Technical Supervisor to join our growing clinical laboratory team in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the lab, processing samples, and applying their leadership experience to help build and shape our operations-particularly our Quality Control program .
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a solid technical foundation who is ready to oversee a small team (2-3 technicians) and play a key role in hiring and training as our lab expands.
