Position Overview
A Critical Access Hospital in Williston, ND is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine PA to join their team on a locum basis. Provide high-quality care in a Level 4 Trauma Center with full support, flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $150/hr

• Schedule: 3x 12-hr shifts/week | 10 AM - 10 PM | rotating weekends & holidays

• Start Date: August 20, 2025 (ongoing coverage)

• Volume: ~45 ER visits/day

• Facility: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, Level 4 Trauma Center

• Support: MD onsite 24/7 + full nursing staff

• EMR: Meditech

Requirements:

• Board-Certified PA

• Active North Dakota License & ND DEA

• ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC (all required)

• Experience in emergency care, comfortable with rural/high-autonomy practice

• Clean malpractice/background preferred
