About the Role We are seeking a skilled Private Wealth Legal Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and legal support to a Private Wealth Practice Group in Phoenix. Key Responsibilities Act as primary point of contact for assigned attorneys, coordinating workflow and delegating tasks when appropriate. Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and itineraries. Assist with client billing, tracking alternative fee arrangements, and matter budgets. Open new client matters, perform conflict checks, and manage file intake. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, ensuring all attachments are included. Track CLE and membership requirements for attorneys and support general administrative needs. Work collaboratively within a Practice Support Team, sharing responsibilities and supporting overflow work. Maintain strict confidentiality while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on Private Wealth. High school diploma or GED required; 2‑year degree preferred. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent client communication. Typing speed of at least 60 WPM. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in document management, transcription, and executive‑level calendar support is a plus.
