JOB DESCRIPTION

North Dallas Law Firm is seeking a full-time front office / receptionist. MUST be fluent in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer  multi-line phones  and effectively transfer calls to the appropriate party in a polite and courteous manner.

· Screen calls for potential new clients (PNCs).

• Greet clients and guests with genuine warmth and offer assistance as needed.
• Receive and process company mail – open mail, search the case management system, and distribute properly.
• Receive all company faxes and digitally distribute to the appropriate party.
• Perform opening and closing office duties.
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
• Assist attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and via email. (English and Spanish)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
• Positive attitude toward clients and co-workers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Punctuality and a professional attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
• Self-starter.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn additional software.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

· Front desk, call center and clerical: 1 year ( preferred ).

· Previous experience working for a law firm a plus but not required.

Language:

• Fluent English (R equired )
• Spanish (R equired )
