Ideal candidates can be recent graduates or individuals with early career experience who are eager to grow into a full Salesforce development role. What You’ll Do Start within the Operations team, handling smaller break-fix work while getting familiar with the Market Point 360 application. After approximately 3 months, transition to the Development team, beginning with smaller admin‑leaning tasks and gradually taking on more complex customizations. Support upcoming product releases and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements. Work alongside a designated mentor to support your onboarding, learning path, and long-term success. Collaborate cross‑functionally with architects, leadership, and CRM team members. Help ensure the application leans on AI responsibly using Google AI integrations (no model‑building required). Contribute to an environment that aims to maintain ~80% out‑of‑the‑box Salesforce functionality. Required Skills & Experience Foundational Salesforce exposure; Salesforce base certification preferred. JavaScript experience. Data experience or familiarity with tools such as MuleSoft or Databricks preferred. Understanding of general AI concepts and responsible AI usage (no need to build models).
