As a Full Stack Developer I , you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our web-based applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Develop responsive and scalable web applications using modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular. 
• Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies. 
• Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and APIs to support application functionality. 
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. 
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance. 
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions and enhancements. 
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the development process. 
• Collaborate with team members to review code, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers. 
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. 

Qualifications & Skills   

• 2-4 years of development of related technical experience 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
• Solid understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. 
• Experience with server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby. 
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Experience with version control systems such as Git is preferred. 
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus. 
• A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development. 

Salary & Benefits

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
