Join the Southeast Ventura County YMCA as a Fitness Consultant - Yarrow. Location: Yarrow Family YMCA – Westlake Village, CA Position Type: Part‑Time Salary: $18.50 - $20 per hour Position Summary The Fitness Specialist will be responsible for recruitment of new personal training clients. The primary role will be executing recruitment strategies with phone calls, emails, etc., to new and current members to schedule fitness consultations. The specialist will be required to conduct all fitness assessments that include interviews, body composition and functional screening while assessing individual fitness levels and recommending fitness plans to achieve goals.
