Pay rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday - no weekends

What Youll Do:

• Lead, coach, and mentor classroom staff; model positive behaviors and provide guidance.

• Manage your classroom with carecreating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, adapting to each childs unique needs.

• Communicate regularly with families through our mobile app and daily updates, sharing each childs progress and milestones.

• Partner with center leadership to support goals around learning, enrollment, and family engagement.

• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, joyful classroom community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of teaching experience required; 1+ year preferred .

• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (High school diploma/GED required).

• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) .

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements .
