Overview Corporate Relations Coordinator (Part-Time) at Samaritan's Purse in Charlotte, NC. This role supports the process of soliciting and receiving Gift-In-Kind donations for the ministry of Operation Christmas Child. Schedule: 20-25 hours/week January to September and 40 hours/week October to December. Responsibilities Maintain donor relationships and solicit Gift-In-Kind donations Prepare paperwork for the Finance, Operations, and Corporate Relations teams Assist with Gift-In-Kind donation process through record-keeping, approvals, database entry, and donor acknowledgment Support the Operations team with totaling and documenting donated Gift-In-Kind items Coordinate shipments for Gift-In-Kind donations Manage donor relationships through Innkeeper Research and correspond with potential Gift-In-Kind donors Communicate with current and prospective donors Perform a wide variety of administrative functions All other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 1-2 years related experience and/or training Job Details Job Location: Charlotte, NC Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week January–September; 40 hours/week October–December) Language Requirement: Fluency in English Travel: Infrequent domestic travel might be required Benefits On-site Medical Clinic (staff and dependents) 401(k) retirement savings plan, when eligible Paid holidays Prorated vacation and sick time Note: Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization.
