About the Role Join Smart Office Automation as a Copier Technician. The role is full‑time and involves servicing, maintaining, and ensuring customer satisfaction for copier equipment. Candidates trained on Sharp, Canon, Kyocera, and HP are preferred. Key Responsibilities Call customers within 30 minutes of receiving a service call to provide an ETA. Respond to service requests within 4 hours. Repair equipment to the customer satisfaction. Handle connectivity issues as it relates to printing and scanning. Manage and maintain commonly used consumable stock inventory. Open and close service calls through an automated system. Communicate daily with customers and teammates. Work with the customers IT staff. Represent Smart Office Automation in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications & Skills Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organizational skills. Excellent follow‑up with customers and teammates. Ability to problem‑solve. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
