Job Description Job Summary:
- Responsible for running CNC Mill including planning, set up, running, post machining and QC of parts.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
\n - The CNC Machinist will plan, program, set up and operate CNC Mills and other diverse types of equipment used to manufacture parts within established manufacturing processes and quality requirements
\n - Ensures quality completion of all CNC jobs to meet scheduled dates
\n - Communicates with engineers and planners daily to assure accurate work orders and schedules
\n - Produce parts in accordance with the production plan provided by the Machine Shop Manager
\n - Optimize production by performing secondary work such as deburring, vibratory, and any hand work preparing for the next job, organizing and cleaning the cell, and helping others to do the same while machines are running
\n - Perform inspections and in-process quality checks
\n - Stay on task and to help meet or beat the team's production requirements
\n - Inspect completed material utilizing hand inspection equipment
\n - Proactively identifies and implements ways to reduce set up times and identify potential cost reductions in regards to product design
\n - Trains less experienced Machinists at the direction of Machine Shop Manager supervisor
\n - Assists in the maintenance of a detailed program database including revision dates, program revision and or improved method record
\n - Interfaces and supports all internal departments to maintain common goals
\n - Act as a troubleshooter for machining problems
\n - Train operators/junior machinists in machining processes and CNC operation
\n - Positive Attitude keeping a positive outlook and being respectful of others
\n - Make adjustments to meet customer requirements
\n - Train less experienced Machinists at the direction of Machine Shop Manager supervisor

Job Qualifications:
\n - 5+ years of knowledge of CNC milling machining centers
\n - Knowledge of G-Code, conversational and other programming languages
\n - Must be able to read blueprints and drawings
\n - Ability to use measuring devices such as micrometer, caliper, and height gauge
\n - Ability to operate equipment and make adjustments
\n - Capacity to evaluate information to determine compliance with standards
\n - Ability to walk, use hands, reach, and talk or hear.
\n - Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
\n - Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
\n - Good vision for details.
\n - Agility to move quickly around machinery.
\n - Adequate hearing to communicate and hear warning signals.
\n - Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
\n

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce Salary Range: $77,000.00-$102,600.000
