Base Pay Range $17.75 /hr – $21.70 /hr. Responsibilities Create hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred. CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is required. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children. Physical Requirements This position requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and Bright Horizons policies concerning immunizations, employment screening, and health and safety training. The employee will work in a preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons policies in a manner that ensures the safety of children.
