Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers! In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions with Sherwin-Williams products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
• Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
• Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse efficiently.
• Tinting and mixing products per customer specifications as needed.
• Stocking shelves and creating appealing product displays.
• Cleaning store equipment and maintaining organization.
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries when required.
• Keeping your assigned areas in-stock and well-presented.
• Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Complying with inventory control procedures.
• Suggesting innovative ways to enhance sales.

This position will involve working at stores within a 15-mile radius of our locations, including:

• Store # 705381, 550-554 W. Main Street, Middletown, DE 19709
• Store # 705009, A.N. DuPont Blvd, Milford, DE 19963
• Store # 705680, 7 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901
• Store # 725117, 300 Jimmy Drive, Suites 120 & 130, Smyrna, DE 19977

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong reading and communication skills.
• A valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A High School diploma or GED.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
• Prior experience selling paint and related products.
• Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
