Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) – Lawn Care & Service Operations

We’re a growing lawn care company looking for a sharp, dependable Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly. This in-person role requires someone who thrives on multitasking, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and knows their way around QuickBooks .

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily and weekly scheduling for field crews and service appointments
• Enter and reconcile invoices, payroll hours, and expenses in QuickBooks/Bookkeeping
• Communicate with customers and vendors in English and Spanish
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and coordinate customer follow-ups
• Track equipment maintenance schedules and supply orders
• Provide administrative support to management and field teams

What You Bring:

• Fluency in English and Spanish — strong verbal and written communication
• QuickBooks experience 1+ year preferred
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a field-service environment
• Professional demeanor with a friendly, customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or service-based office is a bonus

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Location: FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9-5
Pay: Competitive — based on experience
