Job Description
Position Overview:
The Assistant Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency and team performance. This role involves managing staff, following customer service protocols set forth by the business, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction. This working manager will also handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise, coach and train a team of call center representatives to book appointments
and handle incoming calls for our business.
· Foster a high performance team that emphasizes quality, accountability and customer focus.
· Plan, coordinate schedules and manage day-to-day operations to meet call center standards
and goals.
· Oversee call center systems and tools. Must be proficient in Excel.
Working Conditions Include:
· Sitting for an extended period of time in an office environment.
· This position requires nights, weekends and some holidays, as needed.
