About the Role

The AI-Native Content Marketing Manager will be a catalyst for AI marketing transformation - using generative AI and emerging tools to reimagine how LexisNexis communicates thought leadership, market insights, and customer value. They will use artificial intelligence as a foundational capability to plan, execute, measure, and optimize marketing activities, treating AI not as a tool but as an essential collaborator - enabling automation, prediction, personalization, and creativity at scale.

This role will collaborate closely with:
  • Voice of the Customer team to surface authentic insights.
  • Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to translate product innovation into market-ready narratives.
  • Segment Marketing and Global Comms to drive cohesion and impact across channels.

Responsibilities
  • Using generative AI and emerging tools to reimagine how LexisNexis communicates thought leadership, market insights, and customer value.
  • Using artificial intelligence as a foundational capability to plan, execute, measure, and optimize marketing activities, treating AI not as a tool but as an essential collaborator.
  • Leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams.

Requirements
  • Have 7+ years of experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or brand journalism, ideally in B2B tech or legal tech industries.
  • Have proven expertise in AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, Runway, Jasper, etc.) and an ability to integrate them into creative processes.
  • Have a great understanding of legal technology, professional services, or complex B2B solutions marketing.
  • Have exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft narratives that resonate with legal professionals and business leaders alike.
  • Have experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Be a strategic thinker and hands-on creator - equally comfortable setting direction and producing standout content.
  • Have a deep curiosity about the future of AI and marketing transformation.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $70,200 - $117,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO is $70,200 - $117,100. Base Pay Range for IL is $73,700 - $122,900. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $77,300 - $128,900. Base Pay Range for MD is $73,700 - $122,900. Base Pay Range for NY is $77,300 - $128,900. Base Pay Range for New York City is $80,800 - $134,700. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $66,800 - $111,300. Base Pay Range for OH is $66,800 - $111,300.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
